Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Mashed potatoes are a perfect side dish for many dinner meals, but how do you make them creamy when you have cut dairy out of your diet? Once you are aware of your dairy substitutions, making mashed potatoes becomes a super simple side dish.
Where Can I Find Vegan Cream Cheese and Butter?
There are many vegan brands for both butter and cream cheese, which will help with this dish and many other dishes you may make in the future. I have found the butter alternatives in the dairy aisle alongside regular butter in most grocery stores. The cream cheese is normally in most whole food stores. I recommend going to the websites for individual brands and using their store locator to research what stores carry products near you.
